The product itself is okay, but the return process is unacceptable. ***€ for returns to Belgium is customer unfriendly. If not free returns, then at least not particularly expensive abroad.

Hi, This is the second time we purchased from Deutschland Inkontinenz, the prices are very good compared to Ireland. The selection of products and option of discreet packaging is fantastic. The company is excellent, the only issue is the packaging is not strong enough to travel across Europe. The tape becomes slightly undone and one of the boxes was cracked open and you could see the personal products inside. The driver would have got a good look inside, luckily this did not cause embarrassment at home as everyone is aware of the products. I wish the packaging was improved for long distance shipping. Fast delivery, very good absorbent diapers, good for people who cannot change often. The neutral packaging was not good. The package was half open, so my neighbors now also know what underwear I wear. Not good.

The delivery was fast, but the delivered device did not work. Several calls to customer service until someone was reached. Service staff could not speak German or English. Had to call several times until someone with German skills was reached. Information: Problem will be forwarded. 4 days later notification that a return label will be issued. Until today (another 2 days have passed) no return label received. No response to emails. I am fed up with incontinence from Germany. I cannot recommend it further.
