Took a long time to get delivered. I almost ran out of diapers while waiting for them.

Everything went perfectly, however the delivery time is a bit too long when you rely on these products.

This was not my first order with Germany Incontinence. So far, everything has actually gone smoothly, from ordering to delivery. However, with the order placed just before Christmas, there was a problem for the first time. The reason why the ordered goods did not arrive at the buyer within about 4-8 days or were not delivered has not been clarified for us to this day. Since I complained multiple times to Germany Incontinence as well as to the delivery service, the shipment was eventually delivered to us, the recipient, in mid-January. The reason for the problem and who was to blame could not be clarified by Germany Incontinence either. Ultimately, even after alleged investigations, the error could not be clarified to us, but the ordered goods were eventually delivered.

Everything went well. Fast shipping. Would gladly do it again.

So far, only one package with 6 packs of diapers has arrived. Why haven't the others come?

Huge packaging with about 6m of paper for 3 packs of Tena Lady. Box was torn, photos were sent, no reaction. Customer service??? Just a shame, once the box packaging was considered and the complaint was acknowledged. I didn't want to deal with waste disposal. Annoying.

Fast processing and delivery, good price, online dialogue could be better translated, product range is expandable.

I paid extra for DHL delivery and it was delayed by another delivery service.

Some terms are a bit awkwardly translated into German.

The communication is fine but I couldn't choose the shipping option DPD Packstation, even though this option is offered, error on the website. Otherwise, it works perfectly with Deutsche Post.

Despite bulky dimensions, the package is exemplary packaged. When ordering, think about the slightly longer shipping time (about a week). I am very satisfied and will definitely order again.

Unfortunately, the shipping took too long.

Good price-performance ratio, delivery sometimes takes a bit longer (4-5 days), despite very good packaging, unfortunately, two diaper packages were damaged (probably due to the delivery service). I will still order from deutschland-inkontinenz again.

Only three stars because it is not possible to cancel if you made a mistake, even if you contact customer service. Better to charge shipping twice.

Website is a bit slow and the filtering does not always work, but products have always arrived reliably and cheaply so far. Delivery to Switzerland would be appreciated!

The delivery takes way too long. Order on June 4th, delivery on June 12th. The ordered items were available.

I needed a few attempts before the final order as I ordered for the first time and when paying I was going in circles, did not get a confirmation. I was confused by the code and the selection of different carriers. Now I know and will order again.

Good value for money. Processing time 3 working days. Unfortunately, disproportionately long package delivery time of 10 days!

The shipping was not as fast as stated and the box was quite wobbly and unstable upon arrival, so not okay anymore. The goods were fine, and the rest was also great.

Subpar, 2 weeks after the order still nothing, if I hadn't written an email myself and threatened with a complaint, I might not have received anything. They wrote that the delivery was incomplete, but did not contact me themselves. It took almost another week before the delivery was finally sent, then only a partial delivery arrived, the larger part only came after another threat of complaint, over 4 weeks after the order. Never again!!!

I am very satisfied with the product. Price/offer good. I have been using the product for a long time.
