Received goods in less than 1 week. I admit, I had some doubts as I had never heard of the shop before, but after contacting them and getting a quick response, I was convinced and took the plunge. Support very friendly and quick, goods of top quality (swim diapers) and shipping also went smoothly and quickly (goods came from Belgium or France). I can highly recommend this shop.

Subpar, 2 weeks after the order still nothing, if I hadn't written an email myself and threatened with a complaint, I might not have received anything. They wrote that the delivery was incomplete, but did not contact me themselves. It took almost another week before the delivery was finally sent, then only a partial delivery arrived, the larger part only came after another threat of complaint, over 4 weeks after the order. Never again!!!

The alarm system does not work at all. Alarms are triggered without reason multiple times (7-8 times per night). All tips and tricks from the app were tried. It did not work. I returned everything. Now I use a bell pants and it does exactly what it should.
