Good morning, I lacked a bit of information, I am a workshop store and 300 m is a bit excessive for me, 100 m would be more within my reach. I liked the samples Ref 3 6 8 26 27. Thank you very much.

Good morning. Indeed, the person who assisted you was in training and did not know how to provide you with all the information properly. There are certain fabrics that require a minimum to be manufactured, such as linen and some colors that are not in stock. This is something that does not depend on us. If you finally decide to purchase any of our fabrics, please do not hesitate to contact us via email [email protected]. We have taken the necessary measures to ensure this does not happen again and we appreciate your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Best regards

EVERYTHING IS GOOD AND THE FABRIC IS PERFECT, BUT THE TRANSPORT COULD BE IMPROVED NOT TAKING SO LONG

Translated reviews

Response from Deyute Published on 04/05/2021

Hello Beatriz. Thank you very much for your comment. Transportation is something external to us and we try to keep a thorough follow-up of all our shipments. In fact, they usually arrive within 48 hours. It is true that there are some cases like yours but it is not the norm. However, being an external company makes it very difficult for us to change this. In any case, we will take your comment into account to improve. Thank you!

I ordered a blue jute and it did not match the shade I had chosen. I claimed it and they sent me two different shades of jute and the color catalog. The person in charge called me and was very attentive to ensure everything was perfect. The jute is of great quality and the customer service is very good.
