The transport company forced me to go down to the street to get the package. Unacceptable. That's what shipping fees are for.

For this reason, we would appreciate it if you could give us more information by writing to [email protected] so we can talk to them and find out what happened. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. The carrier is an external company to us and if that was the case, we will take appropriate measures to ensure this does not happen again. Totally unacceptable. Update: Good morning. After speaking with the carrier, they tell us that these are measures taken due to the pandemic. Deliveries are door to door and they indicate that they do not go upstairs. We regret the situation and the inconveniences caused, but with all this Covid situation, there are new measures that, for your safety and that of the transport agency, they have incorporated into their delivery method. Once again, we apologize for the problems caused.
