A first quality material. We went to buy jute to hold the soil in the garden and to be able to plant ground cover plants. The main goal was to hold the soil but it also looks very nice. So while the plants grow it is also very decorative. The people at the warehouse were very kind at all times. Better to call to let them know you are going in person, we went without warning and they still attended us very well.

The service received was spectacular, I think the saleswoman is named Fama... The speed, the fulfillment of what was agreed, and the quality of the material is great. They have everything good that someone can expect from a company.

Thank you very much for your comment. We regret not having been able to send you more emails and would like to explain the reason. We have been on vacation, like practically everyone in summer, and upon returning it has been somewhat complicated to respond as we would have liked to all the emails we had pending since we are a small business and our resources are limited. Nevertheless, we will try to improve our interaction in the future. We apologize and appreciate that you have trusted us. Best regards
