The package was too long, as it measured almost 3 meters and does not fit in the elevators, so we had to receive it on the street, open it, fold it, and take it upstairs. Our suggestion is to ask the customer if they want the fabric rolled or folded, and this way the size of the package can be chosen to facilitate delivery. Everything else was fine. Fast service but they did not send the order with everything requested. From your office, I was confirmed that you had stock of the requested bag model. I asked again and was told that you had it and would send it to me. Hence my surprise when I saw that you sent me a different model than confirmed.
