The package was too long, as it measured almost 3 meters and does not fit in the elevators, so we had to receive it on the street, open it, fold it, and take it upstairs. Our suggestion is to ask the customer if they want the fabric rolled or folded, and this way the size of the package can be chosen to facilitate delivery. Everything else was fine. Hello. Thank you for your comment. Our online store offers both options, folded and unfolded, with the exact measurements of the fabric. We are sorry that you could not take it up in the elevator as it arrived. However, our salespeople usually indicate this when making the purchase. We understand that the customer knows that the fabric is 3 meters high, as stated on the website. And that there are customers who do not want it folded due to the crease it leaves. We take note to improve in this aspect and apologize for the inconvenience.
