Hello, According to the tracking information, your order has been delivered to your mailbox. You opted for a tracked letter delivery, an economical shipping method that allows for distribution without a signature and without hand delivery. In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (paragraph 5 - Delivery), accepted at the time of your order, we remind you that: "The carrier is solely responsible for the delivery. Domobip cannot be held responsible for problems attributable to the latter." However, we are disappointed to receive a negative rating since you never contacted us for help with programming. We followed up by sending you an email with our programming guides, also available on our product page, and simpler compared to the official Beninca manual. Regarding the latter, when you scan the QR code, you have the option to change the language to French at the top right of the page you land on. Hello, you contacted us before the purchase to confirm if the v2 MATCH remote was compatible with a very old remote for which you sent us a photo. We responded positively, provided it still works to transmit the code to the new one. Upon receipt, you requested help with programming and we provided the necessary guides. You exercised your right of withdrawal without further details. Your order has been refunded and we confirm that upon receipt of the returned transmitter, tests were conducted in our premises.
