Despite a stock problem that caused a delivery delay, we are very satisfied; the team is responsive, professional, and concerned about customer satisfaction. The prices are reasonable and our order was compliant. We recommend and will not hesitate to go through them again if needed.

Package received quickly One star less for a lack of product description. In my case, model with or without programming button. This has no impact on a daily basis

Response from Domobip
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback regarding the presence or absence of a programming button on the back of the KEYGO RTS. We were not aware of such a version. After contacting Somfy, they confirmed to us that it was the very first models, which existed for a short time and have not been produced for over 15 years.
The proposed model has replaced it since, and there is of course backward compatibility.
If other sellers on the internet still offer a version with a PROG button on the back, either it is an error, or it is a counterfeit remote control.
Best regards.
