very very good, I ask a question by email and get a response 5 minutes later, I place an order and delivery in 3 days. The remote controls are top-notch, programming super simple with your video. Thanks again

Hello, The remote control case you purchased is one of our best sellers and has never presented any closure problems to our customers. When this type of difficulty arises, it may be related either to a model incompatibility, a poor placement of the electronic board, or unfortunately to a board that is not official (counterfeit). We regret not being contacted directly before the publication of your review: our customer service is always available to understand in detail the reasons why you are experiencing a problem with the purchased product. Best regards, Domobip Customer Service
