It is a great satisfaction: not only do the two remote controls work well and arrived very quickly, but Simon had the patience to explain in detail and kindly the instructions to a beginner. Thank you to him and to Domobip.

Response from Domobip
Thank you very much for your positive feedback! It is indeed easier to register the remote controls on the motor rather than trying to make a copy. This also confirmed that the models 4018V002 and 4018V000 are compatible.
Best regards

Package received on time in a bubble envelope; box inside a bit crushed but no damage to the remote which works perfectly. Very easy programming. Only downside, I am on my 3rd remote in 7 years: we would like to have a material that is a bit more "durable".

Response from Domobip
Hello, thank you very much for your constructive feedback and for your trust. The remote control purchased from us is a model that we have been offering for a very short time and we do not have large-scale feedback on the durability of the product. However, please note that the warranty is 2 years and generally remote controls are supposed to last longer, especially since your model is not a budget model.

Really an extraordinary company, it is truly a pleasure to have real technicians who take us seriously and especially want to find a solution to the problem we present, and they do it kindly and for free, even when it's complex. Really THANK YOU I didn't think this still existed.
