fast delivery, quick implementation of the product (I spent more time opening the engine cover than putting the gateway into service) however a downside (not due to domobip) the system only offers open or close, it does not allow opening to a certain position.

Response from Domobip
Hello, you purchased a Why Evo Noa remote control thinking it would replace your Thomson remote, which is absent from the compatibility list. At this stage, it is difficult to provide you with a solution other than the possibility of returning the product for a refund, which we quickly proposed. As for the manual, it is available in Italian, English, and schematized for those who cannot read both languages. We can also provide additional help for programming, provided of course that the remote is compatible. We remind you that it is important to always check this point before ordering a product to avoid any disappointment. Best regards, Domobip Customer Service
