Response from Domobip

Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused independent of our will. The packaging of Avidsen remote controls being sealed, the defective battery issue must come from the supplier. We have reported the information to them to prevent this from happening again. Best regards, Domobip customer service

ok for the price and delivery but they are unable to advise me on programming, several contradictory pieces of information and in the end unusable remote controls.

Response from Domobip

Hello Sir, after verification, we did not provide several contradictory pieces of information following your email contact but several methods to program your Beninca remote controls. Following our response, you issued this review the same day but never came back to us later, whether to ask for more help or to request the return of the remote controls for exchange or refund. Best regards, Domobip Customer Service
