Domobip consistently delivers fast, reliable service with clear product descriptions and competitive pricing that meet expectations. Customers highlight rapid delivery, items arriving on time or before deadlines, and items arriving well packaged and ready for use with minimal setup. The store is praised for responsive, competent support and helpful tutorials, with many notes on accurate product compatibility and straightforward installation. Overall, customers report smooth transactions, favorable value, and confidence to reorder.
fast delivery, quick implementation of the product (I spent more time opening the engine cover than putting the gateway into service) however a downside (not due to domobip) the system only offers open or close, it does not allow opening to a certain position.

after trying a first remote control that did not match the receiver, shipment of a second one that works perfectly (to see with time). refund of the first remote control and return costs quickly. a company with good advice, attentive and responsive, what more could you ask for.

Hello, Indeed it seems there was a confusion in sending your order and our preparer sent you the new FDS models that will replace the SLH in the future. No panic, they are more efficient and of better quality while being compatible. Please still excuse us for this error which we have reported. Best regards, Domobip Customer Service
