The pillowcases are incredibly soft - I love them!

Comfortable mattress, but delivery is a pain... Friendly customer service helps.

Opinion on delivery time:Ê Delivery was late,Ê over a month, but this was not because of douce lune but because of a problem with the GLS carrier who returned the mattress to douce lune instead of delivering it to me. Then a second very fast shipment which was completed very quickly (less than 5 days). Customer service opinion: top notch, always a quick response with proposed credit notes in the event of a problem. very cordial exchange. simple communication via the site. Opinion of the original douce lune mattress: For me, it meets my expectations 100%, neither too hard nor too soft, it suits me and my wife perfectly, the upper part is a real cloud that hugs your shape, then you're well supported by the lower layers, which gives a very pleasant enveloping effect while being perfectly supported, the back is supported and the body alignment is perfect. Best mattress I've ever owned.

This memory foam mattress gave me a far superior experience to the more traditional mattresses I was used to. The memory foam does retain a little heat, but its breathable design more than makes up for it. Since I've had it, my mornings start off cooler and pain-free.
