Very fast sending and email response. For the effectiveness of the products it is still too early to say. The smell of the shampoo is pleasant. The detangling spray and the thermo protective spray are not bad but slightly grease the scalp over several days. For the shampoo, I have no hindsight on the effectiveness. The smell is pleasant. The compositions of the products seem rather healthy. I think I will renew my purchases to test more on the long term

I bought a soap for oily hair, I find it makes hair flat, and the tea tree one for my son, after a month he still has dandruff, (but it's smaller) the shampoo bottle had the lid half off, not great. I am hesitant to buy the pur&pure shampoo.

As for the lid, we apologize for this quality problem that we are trying to solve. However, you should know that the quality of our shampoos does not change. 3 stars because I find that it takes a lot of product to be able to enjoy a correct use and result. I use the shampoo and conditioner pure n pure, the composition is really perfect and the hair very soft after use. Scalp respected, products really very soft.

Indeed, you should use the conditioner as a treatment and not as a shampoo; that is to say, you should apply it to strands of hair by stretching the product from the roots to the ends. This makes the treatment very effective and implies a smaller quantity for the whole hair ;-)

Suffering for several months from itchy scalp with small pimples, I started the Care treatment. My hair is soft, well cleaned and especially goodbye itching! A little expensive but the result is there, where other products had not worked.

So I have very long and curly hair, unfortunately this product does not detangle my hair at all I think it is only suitable for straight or a little wavy hair

Dear Tara, I'm sorry to hear that you can't get your hair to detangle with the spray. You are right, some hair textures are easier to work with than others. Let me make a few recommendations that will make this treatment more effective. If your hair is that tangled, go in stages with strands of hair. Spray from a distance of about 20 cm, distribute the product with your fingers or with a dense, soft bristle brush to make sure it covers the entire hair, then comb through. By having the product well distributed, normally the hair is prepared for the comb not to catch on it. I hope you get better results with these tips ;-)

I discovered this brand on Fanny's blog, I try to space my shamoings by one week. I followed her advice and I must say that I am happy with it! After 3 days my hair still hasn't re-greased. I'm waiting to see in the next few days and weeks. But I must say that for the moment, it succeeds where all other shampoos have failed! Very promising. Congratulations

Thank you for your opinion. The flowery smell is pleasant or not depending on each person, that's for sure.
For use, the main purpose of the Thermo-protector is to protect the hair and this is visible in the long term. Apart from a small error in delivery, the product is as I expected. Sheathes the hair they seem to me more brilliant also. I wait to see on the duration for the effectiveness is real. Composition nickelle The smell is a little particular but that does not disturb me.
