In fact, I sent an e-mail on 05/04 following an order that I had split into 2 due to a discount and 1 minute after placing my order the discount disappeared, although it wasn't written that it only concerned the first order. I received an e-mail the next day telling me that my request had been transferred, but I haven't heard back since! So I'm disappointed with this first experience. Sincerely

I've been ordering Druide products for a few years now and I'm always satisfied. Especially in terms of delivery. In general, orders are delivered 3 days after being placed! And what's a big plus in my opinion is the possibility of delivery to a relay point! The only small negative point is the delivery charges, which are high in my opinion, but I imagine they're justified. To conclude, with Druide you're never disappointed!

Good evening, I am totally disappointed by the melaleuca shampoo. I've been using it for over 3 weeks at a rate of 2 shampoos a week. Not only has my seborrheic dermatitis not disappeared, but my hair is falling out by the handful. My scalp is healthier, but my hair has also become dull. I'm completely demoralized. I've already spent an enormous amount of money on shampoos bought in pharmacies on the advice of a dermatologist. My dermatitis came back from time to time but I didn't lose my hair. I had high hopes for your shampoo after reading the reviews of users of your brand. I'm going to stop using your shampoo and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Another waste of money and another problem. I'll let you know how it goes after I stop using your shampoo. I feel like I've been ripped off by the price. Sincerely

After a lot of research to find a solution to my seborrheic dermatitis problem on my scalp, I came across this shampoo and when I read the reviews I said to myself that I'd take it and pray that it would be the end of my ordeals. In context, my dermatitis makes my scalp and hair super greasy, added to which there are flakes and little balls of greasy dandruff all over my head. All this tends to suffocate my scalp and cause hair loss, plus the fact that it itches and I scratch causes even more hair loss. Thanks to this shampoo, in 2 weeks of use I've noticed quite a few improvements: my scalp doesn't get greasy as quickly, I've been able to space out my shampoos, it's reduced my itching and I have the impression that it's reduced my dermatitis patches. I still have the dandruff, but I find there's less of it, even though when I run my fingers over my scalp I still feel it's rough in places because of the flakes and dandruff. It's said that you start to notice the effects of the shampoo after 1 month's use, so I'm going to continue the treatment assiduously and see where it takes me. I really hope it will solve my problems or at least alleviate them quite a bit. I'm banking on this shampoo. I recommend it because the product seems to be of good quality and seems to work.
