14: The combination of motor and frequency inverter is a good idea. Both are of very good quality and work as they should. However, the user manual for the inverter is a disaster. Translated from Chinese into a sort of English, it contains numerous spelling and expression mistakes. Most of the information remains incomprehensible. The terms used are not explained. Most of the 100 pages with parameter coding are also not understandable. The numbering system for the different types does not correspond to the numbers found on the device. Thus, one cannot identify their equipment. I think the product deserves a bit of care for a simple, clear, and understandable description in French or English. Fred Casadei

28: Lamentable handling of the order. Announced as shipped online and still not processed a week later... I had to get very angry on the phone for my order to finally be shipped express! Commercial gesture requested. Response: No this time, but OK on the next order... So, it's not going to arrive anytime soon!!! At least, the goods were compliant with the order, poorly packaged, but compliant! Run away and don't look back ;-)
