Order canceled on July 29, 2022, and we are still not refunded!!

I did not receive these products.

As I mentioned to the company, ordering a 12.5µF capacitor and receiving at the end of the order seeing 'permanent capacitor 450V 12.5μF 8052654' and below: 'Capacitance capacitor: 12μF' is quite confusing. I had to ask for confirmation by email before agreeing to place the order. This point should be corrected so that customers have, as it is said everywhere now: 'a better experience' on the site. Aside from this downside, the site is quite well designed.

I received a package with less than half of the ordered content indicated on the delivery slip... I sent an email directly, already 24 hours and no response... I heard they were responsive and a colleague orders from them regularly, either I'm unlucky, or he is.

Product in stock online even after the order but not in stock at your premises, I have to wait I have already paid but I am in trouble and my boss wants it to work, supplier problems are mine. SO NOW I AM WAITING FOR THE PARTS

Hello, parts and Technic-Achat welcome, nothing to complain about. But regarding the shipping, it was supposed to be 48 hours (business days). I ordered on Friday, January 14, and received my order on January 21 with shipping costs of €9. Best regards.

However, following the purchase of a HIWIN mgn12 rail and block set, I find it regrettable that the assembled set can be placed directly in the box without any protection. It arrived contaminated by packaging particles as well as the cut of the rail. Subsequently, I would prefer that the block not be assembled and the rail protected in packaging to avoid these inconveniences.

He did not want to understand that it was urgent and got angry, so I went to look for a slightly smaller equivalent, 50 km from my home and this colissimo is canceled.

When I entered the reference of what I wanted, there was the photo, I clicked on order but it was not the right one at all. So I ordered another one, and the first one is left on my hands because there is no exchange or return.

When I place the order, the initially proposed fast deadlines (1 PM - 6 PM) are no longer available without explanation (due to distance, because I am ordering as a private individual?). 48-hour deadline announced absolutely not respected. Order placed on Friday 4/06 at 5:49 PM. Received on Thursday 10/06 at 10 AM (and I had to go pick it up at Chrono post under the threat of taking 24 more hours because the company's name was not on the package). Products conform to expectations, but the service does not keep its commitments, so no, I do not recommend.

Very poorly presented website: when ordering the switch, you have to go into the drop-down menu (not very understandable) to understand that the handle must be ordered separately. So when receiving the switch without a handle, you have to make a second order. Useless...

Hello, I was surprised by the shipping costs, delivery in 48h not respected, a big downside on shipping, (other carriers exist dpb, immany, vingeanne transport,...) the more items you add the more you pay, it should have been the opposite in my opinion, so I bought other items from the competition to limit costs... For the rest, 5% discount is not bad for a first order, THANK YOU, too bad for the small customers who will always remain at 5%, but who would have ordered more over time...
