Good, except that the nearest Post pick-up point proposed is 8km from my home in Wambrechies and I have to go there by car while the actually closest one is 200m away in Marcq en Baroeul and I can walk there. Why not make it simpler?

Everything is very good except the delivery by colissimo, indeed the tracking of the package is not up to date, the package is delivered without the recipient being notified in advance and in case of absence, they have to go to the post office. A delivery by UPS, even more expensive, would be preferable.

For my first test order, I am partially satisfied. Regarding the profiles and catalogs, nothing to say. But the key regarding the 3D files of the profiles is incomplete. Some step files are empty.
