a total fiasco! My first variator purchased 7 years ago for woodworking machines works perfectly and the installation went smoothly. But today, my second variator to be mounted on a hydraulic lift has been a huge hassle after receiving very poor assembly instructions, especially do not rely on the technical salespeople, only ask for advice from the technical service by providing an electrical diagram if possible, they alone master the subject. You need to be patient, a word to the wise, goodbye!

After analyzing your case, we have reported these issues: your first email sent to the technical salesperson indicates that you have a lift with photos of it. The vast majority of lifts are mechanical column lifts. Your lift is a hydraulic lift. The advice you received corresponds to the most classic lifts because the photos did not indicate the presence of hydraulics. We advise all our customers to send us and communicate as much information as possible about their lift (electrical plan, photos, type of lift,...). Our after-sales service is available from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM to help you over the phone and respond more quickly to your needs (0890 710 730 = 0.25cts/min). 1 month, and at least 10 calls to receive my order in full! The communication between the order preparers, logistics, and the carrier needs to be reviewed. I asked for a commercial gesture on my next order (knowing that I need other profiles), the answer was: 'NO'. Incredible not to want to retain a customer, I will make my next orders elsewhere despite the quality of the delivered product!!!
