Everything is very good except the delivery by colissimo, indeed the tracking of the package is not up to date, the package is delivered without the recipient being notified in advance and in case of absence, they have to go to the post office. A delivery by UPS, even more expensive, would be preferable.

For my first test order, I am partially satisfied. Regarding the profiles and catalogs, nothing to say. But the key regarding the 3D files of the profiles is incomplete. Some step files are empty. It's a shame. However, I recommend this site. Because the other products are very satisfactory. Fast delivery.

I had asked by email, by phone, and in the comments of the order if I could have my delivery before 24/07 or after 24/08 but the order was shipped on 23/07... I managed to sort it out with a neighbor but I think there was a little oversight... otherwise, everything else is perfect! Thank you

The service is average because I had reference errors. Out of 4 40-degree brackets ordered, 2 were 45. I realized this at the client's place during installation. It fits but it's not very aesthetic, and of course the caps didn't fit on top. I also had errors with the screws: one model of screw and another model of nut, no worries I had what I needed in store. Apart from that, the aluminum profile was well packaged and clean.

very serious site just a small note I find that the aluminum profiles are a bit expensive because I looked to make a sliding window but it adds up very quickly only small downside otherwise the electrical side remains affordable Best regards Mr. Jullian
