High shipping costs, carrier or delivery person not very respectful of packages! Box that moves around in a larger carton without polystyrene or bubble wrap. Review your packaging especially for the price paid.

Order placed on 31/10. On 02/11 at 15:26, I received an email informing me that my order has been shipped. Bravo! On 07/11 in the afternoon, worried about not having received anything, I called customer service who informed me that my order had still not been shipped... Apparently, it will be done by the end of the afternoon, GEODIS called me around 21:00 to inform me that it was being processed by them. Luckily I called!!!
