Hello, I was surprised by the shipping costs, delivery in 48h not respected, a big downside on shipping, (other carriers exist dpb, immany, vingeanne transport,...) the more items you add the more you pay, it should have been the opposite in my opinion, so I bought other items from the competition to limit costs... For the rest, 5% discount is not bad for a first order, THANK YOU, too bad for the small customers who will always remain at 5%, but who would have ordered more over time... Product description to review, missing dimension plans, space in the cabinet, type of fixing, din or rail... First order and probably the last... Still no invoice issued while the order is on its way... To be continued... Good continuation... P.S.: let's see now if the quality is up to par...

Very good service except for a significant delay in delivery because the sender only put the name and city, not the complete address. This is the second time we report it but nothing has been corrected.

Good, except that the nearest Post pick-up point proposed is 8km from my home in Wambrechies and I have to go there by car while the actually closest one is 200m away in Marcq en Baroeul and I can walk there. Why not make it simpler?
