1 month, and at least 10 calls to receive my order in full! The communication between the order preparers, logistics, and the carrier needs to be reviewed. I asked for a commercial gesture on my next order (knowing that I need other profiles), the answer was: 'NO'. Incredible not to want to retain a customer, I will make my next orders elsewhere despite the quality of the delivered product!!!

Hello Sir, We have taken note of your comment. After reviewing the history, there were 2 problems: the omission of cuts of bars where we sent them to you independently as soon as you called. And the problem of refusal of the goods, where we had to wait for the return of your order. Indeed, the cuts of bars being specific to each order, we could not resend the material. We are however sorry for the delay which I understand is very long. T-bolts are not suitable for the 40 x 40 aluminum profile with an 8 slot, their bases are too thick and require adaptation, which is a waste of time. It is still a pity that these nuts are not universal and are only adaptable to the profile of a specific manufacturer... but that's how it is and we deal with it....
