If the box had been placed the right way, the motor would have arrived in good condition. But now, the cover of the capacitors and the motor terminal is broken.

1 month, and at least 10 calls to receive my order in full! The communication between the order preparers, logistics, and the carrier needs to be reviewed. I asked for a commercial gesture on my next order (knowing that I need other profiles), the answer was: 'NO'. Incredible not to want to retain a customer, I will make my next orders elsewhere despite the quality of the delivered product!!!

T-bolts are not suitable for the 40 x 40 aluminum profile with an 8 slot, their bases are too thick and require adaptation, which is a waste of time. Order placed on 31/10. On 02/11 at 15:26, I received an email informing me that my order has been shipped. Bravo! On 07/11 in the afternoon, worried about not having received anything, I called customer service who informed me that my order had still not been shipped...
