Problem with the time slot I received a message saying that I would be delivered between 10:45 and 13:50 I stayed home on purpose and no one came they came at 17:00 it's abusive so useless to send a time slot if it is not respected and I was at home and the package was dropped in front of the gate really not correct very dissatisfied

Received with a day delay. Impeccable product. Delivered by DPD (to the depot because the deadline was important for me) which I do not recommend otherwise (regularly receiving SMS notices of passage in my absence with availability at the depot while I was present and had blocked my schedule for that!! and impossible to contact the delivery person afterwards... anyway, often bad faith from DPD). But nothing to say about easy-gliss.com, except: change your delivery service!

It would be beneficial to be able to choose the delivery date at the time of ordering or to be contacted beforehand (e.g., 1 day before) to avoid a second delivery. However, satisfied with the delivery respecting the date after the first failure.

The site is very good, and the delivery is very, very fast. The only criticism concerns the packaging. The box contained 2 pairs of skis that were moving around without any protection. They could have wrapped them in plastic, or at least secured the skis together! Sure, they are second-hand skis, but still!

The website has a very complete choice of equipment. The prices are very attractive.
The shipment of the order is very fast with the ski adjustments.
In short, all positive.........except for the preparation of the items.
I received brand new skis.....but already scratched due to poor packaging preparation. The skis were placed against each other without protection between them.
Result......the bright orange bindings scratched the top of the skis and the bright orange paint got embedded in the skis.
This would be the only point for me to improve. PROVIDE MORE CARE IN THE PACKAGING OF ITEMS.
