Overall good. Responsive customer service. The delivery time was not respected but the skis fortunately arrived just in time.

The purchasing process is simple and the delivery time is very correct but the size of the boots that arrived is not the correct one.

Lack of clarity on the products... I bought Hero A15 and I receive A17 informing me that they are the same!!!!

Ordering the skis was easy and they are well packaged and installed. However, the delivery time was much longer than expected and the final cost was higher due to import costs. International import costs were not estimated or mentioned during the purchasing process. If this was mentioned, it was not clear to me. This makes me doubt that I will use Easy-Gliss again.

Poor communication, no answer to my message. Other Companies keep better communication and information with the client. The carrier (BRT) also does not communicate: one has to check their website multiple times. Again, other carriers are better.

Clear site and interesting prices

very good advice (I was hesitating between two ski sizes) and super fast delivery. Too bad a ski strap was not provided...

The delivery was postponed 3 times by the carrier. After multiple calls to the DPD platforms, the package had disappeared. Operators not very attentive, standard phrases in approximate French. Delivered while I was away on a ski holiday, so I couldn't enjoy the shoes this season.

Good prices, a good choice of items. Despite a delay in 'lighting' for the shipment of the package, quickly caught up after a message from me, I would recommend this site.

Easy-Gliss is a good company, however the delivery company DPD they use is not up to par. 13 days to deliver a pair of skis!!! They need to change delivery companies quickly!!!

The online purchasing process is very smooth, but the responses from customer support are a bit rude/unpleasant... an area for improvement that could help your customer service approach excellence.

Order (ski and bindings) arrived very quickly

No problems with ordering and payment. However, the packaging was not great. The skis moved too much inside the package. The package seems to have been opened during transport to see the contents.

Good price, delivery a little slow compared to other shops

Packaging without bubble wrap, all mixed products, arrived with all packaging damaged and fart in crumbs. They want to charge me for the return, to be avoided!

I am pleased with the skis but I have not skied with them yet. They were shipped quickly and well packaged. I understood that the skis would be set up and waxed. They were not set up or waxed. I thought the price was very good compared with other sites but discovered, too late, that I needed to pay Customs and Excise Duty on top of the price. The other companies had included it in their price.

Very good material, the advice by phone was very good. But it is very difficult to reach them and the promise of delivery within 48h ended up taking 7 days!!!

Excellent advice from easy gliss: very professional. They called me back to give me information and advice on my order, I appreciated it. Ski man with very good advice and nice!
Delicate delivery, the ski stop was out of the box and a bit scratched: nothing serious, not bent but the protection was a bit tight and the delivery person didn't handle the package gently!

Products, deadlines, responsiveness, all the ingredients are there to make a good site except perhaps the return at the customer's expense in case of exchange.
I will definitely come back to revisit your catalog pages and I will recommend it to those around me.

Too much delay in shipping! No information from the transport company!

I ordered ski pants on the easy-gliss.com site. Upon receipt of the package, it was so poorly packaged that the contents were accessible without unpacking, resulting in the ordered product not being inside. I directly informed Easy-Gliss of the situation by sending them photos of the package that clearly show the totally inadequate packaging. After multiple follow-ups, with no response from them, the seller indicates that he has made a complaint to the carrier (as if the poor packaging of the package was the carrier's fault) and that he was waiting for the results of the investigation. In the meantime, no pants, no refund while I need to go skiing... Seller to avoid. In addition to poorly packaging their products, they do not comply with the legislation in this type of situation which requires a refund to the customer.

Experience at the limit of the absurd. More than 15 days of delivery, total support from customer service (writing 3 messages without ever getting a response), completely inexperienced telephone customer service staff. In the end, I had to personally pick up my product from the carrier's warehouse. Great discounts, but they come at a high price. The seller is absolutely not recommended.

Site with unbeatable quality-price ratio. The only downside, the DPD delivery person I have already tested who ended up making me cancel my order... This time, they blocked me at home for two mornings before telling me that I would not be delivered that day.

Ordered from the UK. Good value, happy with the skis although we haven't used them yet. Just need to make it clear that in the UK you need to pay customs duty which was £130 for our order.

A bit of a problem at the beginning but all in all excellent
