Good tracking of the package, the only downside is the delivery cost. Improvement by reducing them with relay points, etc.

Item as described and pictured, well kept and good communication, the problem was the transport..... After 10 days of not knowing what happened to my skis, I decided to report the matter to the postal police and strangely after 1 and a half days, the skis arrived at home.......

Very satisfactory customer service. Delivery time a bit longer than announced but all products are checked before being sent, one product was even replaced in my order because it was in poor condition. To our pleasant surprise, gloves were offered for our children. I recommend this site

Worst online purchase experience ever.
Order placed on 26-11-2021 and delivered on 11-12-2021.
As a matter of fact, I sent many emails as a follow-up to my delayed order, almost no update was received. I had to call and check what's wrong and to my surprise, they informed me that 1 of the items was out of stock. When I asked about any restocking forecast, the answer was: we donno. After such feedback, I requested to cancel my order and refund my money, and it's when the loveliest part of the story reveals: they contacted me the second day saying that the item is in stock and that they can ship it if I'm still interested!!!
I decided to keep the order and prior shipping, I requested to change the delivery details. After confirming this request, I received a few days later a return notification from the courier company claiming about some missing details (that were already provided to Easy gliss)
I had to rectify this mess again, and provide the correct delivery details to the courier company.
Least but not last, they do not provide any detaxation choice/form as you can easily get from other websites such as Glisshop.com (and many others)
In summary:
1- The website personnel are very badly organized and cannot relay a simple address detail to the courier.
2- They have a serious lack of communication and stock management.
3- The product status is not accurate: it might show you "in stock" so you find out after completing the order, paying them the money and calling them, that the item is out of stock.
4- They do not offer any detaxation form as other sites do.
I do not recommend at all!

Upon receipt, my skis, although second-hand, have the sole in good condition and are waxed, but they are very, very worn...

Package received crushed and soaked with footprints on the box, what happened with the carrier? Moreover, the shoe dimensions were given as well as the size and weight: Despite this, the bindings were not adjusted. It's a shame.

Not practical to use with a smartphone as it only allows selecting 1 filter criterion, maybe a temporary bug??

Lack of communication, deadlines not met, carrier commitment not respected

Disappointed. The second-hand skis purchased were sold dirty. I thought they would be at least checked, cleaned a minimum, I am not even sure they were waxed, it was a low price indeed but I am still disappointed... I will not try second-hand on this site again.

A bit more information to help choosing would be helpful. But everything has been ok, and the skis are good.

The photographs of the item do not reflect its actual state of use; on the contrary, they seem deliberately made to hide it. If it hadn't been for the fast delivery, I would have only given one star. Too bad because at first I was happy to have found a serious company.

They took fifteen days. I had to write twice to find out if there was any problem. Finally, they told me that the size of my boots in mm was missing. I had initially communicated that I wore a size 43. I was not asked to complete the information until I insisted several times if there was any problem. I went skiing with my old skis.

Very very very worn skis, deteriorated... I strongly advise against, buy them from private to private, they will be in much better condition.

Simple to use site

The skis arrived broken, one of them with a cut in the ski profile, I sent photos of the breakage to the store to claim and they still haven't responded with a solution...

very poor customer listening, no service my package was delivered to the wrong relay and in another village after contacting them they explained to me that it was not serious I just had to go pick it up I would have at least liked an apology and some listening site to avoid

Product and competitive price. Lacks care for packaging, the shoe box is placed in a box that is too large. As the box is not sealed, the shoes moved slightly in the box. No damage to the shoes but this is a point to improve to avoid unpleasant surprises

Already the 2nd purchase. Interesting prices, fast delivery, but this time the bindings were poorly installed (offset by a few mm), the brakes strongly rub against the skis. I almost returned them

Great site, great customer service. Delivery by DPD not compliant: instead of delivering to the home, the package was left at a relay point without me being notified.

I ordered skis on this site on 11/12/2021. It is now 18/01/2022 and I still have not received my skis. I have made numerous complaints to customer service without any response from them.

Careful shipping

The second-hand skis received look nothing like the photo. They arrived very damaged and the response we received is that they are second-hand and we will not take photos of all the skis... I feel deceived and SCAMMED!!!!

Ski boots in miserable condition! This is neither nice to look at nor safe! I will NEVER order again and hope to receive a full refund! Return shipping must be PAID by ME. Also, the wrong size was delivered. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately, the rust on the bindings was not included in the price...

It is about better rating the condition of the skis which was just correct and not in very good condition!
