Some difficulties with customs clearance (2 weeks) and higher import fees in Switzerland than expected (fixed fee added by the delivery person in addition to VAT). Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Material conforms to the order and perfect packaging.

I usually buy from your competitors. Nothing to say about the product except that it was not sufficiently protected (no bubble wrap)! Skis in bulk. Not normal in my opinion.

Relatively clean snowboard despite the scratches, quality of the base 0 supposedly waxed and sharpened, it ultimately needs to be redone by professionals!!!!!

They do not commercially consider a warranty that has expired by a few days.

All customers have a one-year warranty, which is more than enough to report a problem even from a distance since our delivery is done in 24/48 hours, and we cover the return shipping costs. All customers proceed this way and you are the only one to encounter a problem with the warranty of our products.
Furthermore, we are resellers subject to the rules of our suppliers like all our competitors.
