I found myself very well. Even after the purchase, I was always informed about the shipment.

Arcade pack ordered mid-March, received mid-April! Really attractive price but a victim of its success... A seller called me the day after the order to tell me that the product is no longer in stock and that it will be shipped to me when restocked (something I can somewhat accept). Four weeks later, noticing that the product is available again on the site, I sent an email to customer service to find out the delivery date... I remained without news from this email. Three days later, I contacted this same service by phone, and they told me that the item would leave the depot on 07/04. On 08/04, not having any tracking for the package, I called the service again, and they told me that the order had not been shipped... ultimately it would be shipped the same day! In the end, very good product and very interesting price which cost me two canceled weekends skiing!

I bought a snowboard bag with wheels and I received one that doesn't have any.

the skis were perfect and the bindings were mounted to perfection but what was unacceptable was the shipping and delivery (keep in mind that the site advertises that delivery will be made within 48 hours) well at first the skis were shipped within France instead of Italy. subsequently, an incomplete address of the house number was provided in Italy although I had clearly indicated it and therefore the Italian GLS courier could not make the delivery and so I had to go to the depot to personally pick up the skis: moral: instead of delivery in 48 hours I had to wait a full 8 days

Very fast delivery! However, it was a bit difficult for me to understand if the skis were adjusted and waxed upon receipt, a note would have been appreciated.

I do not allow myself to give a negative judgment on the purchased device, but rather on the service. Confirmed delivery date not respected as the item was out of stock and they did not notify. I called several times without response, they do not answer calls. I started writing emails increasing the tone of disappointment each time until they informed me that the item would be shipped the following week because it was missing. Too bad it was a gift. The alternative for them was to cancel the order. First time in years of online purchases that I deal with such disorganization.

Everything was good with the skis and bindings, but packaging could have been more durable - the skis could have been bound together with straps/zip ties and packaged in bubble wrap.

Great store, but GLS is simply a bad supplier. I had really big problems getting the package. But that's due to GLS and not Easy-Glis.

Skis quickly prepared and sent. Serious work, bindings adjusted just right. However, the service of the delivery company GLS is poor. No choice of delivery slot as promised. Then, for two consecutive days, the package was supposed to be delivered to me but no delivery person showed up. Finally, the third round was the right one.

It was as promised. The delivery took significantly longer than stated, 10 instead of 3 days. However, those who can wait will find great prices here.

Hello, The package arrived damaged, after opening and checking the product it was damaged due to a shock, so I refused it.

Longer delays than expected. I had to rent a board in the meantime, waiting for the delivery.

Everything is fine. The only downside is that the box containing the purchased item was slightly damaged. But nothing serious.

Product as described and delivered as expected. Very satisfied. It would have just been interesting to provide an adjustment guide for the mounting.

I placed an order,send a email 14 after 8 days,1 item not in stock. U send me that you send both items the next week. Got one item nie and waiting for a refund from the second because its not available

The package was lost by GLS and for a few days it was unknown where it was. I asked Easy-Gliss after three days of silence from GLS and a visit to their local branch to intervene to find out where the package had gone, but there was no response from Easy-Gliss. The package then arrived. It was properly packaged and the purchased product (ski boots) was OK.

Skis conforming to the order. Small downside once the order was placed, no online information on the departure of the order. I had to call after a week. Once handed over to the carrier, you can track it via the carrier, too bad!

The fixings are poorly mounted, the customer service is very slow and asks to accept the mounting errors. No apology from the company.

Shipping arrived extremely late and complete lack of support from easy gliss!!

I received another model of ski boots and in a different size

I am not satisfied with the condition of the skis described as having signs of use, as they show significant damage on the top of both skis extending directly to the ski edges. This can pose serious safety risks for the user. In my opinion, it is your duty as a seller to explicitly point out this type of defect. I rate this fact negatively. The purchase process including transport was flawless. Overall, however, the negative impression of quality prevails, which is very unfortunate. Best regards, AH

The skis arrived on time. Despite having provided the dimensions of the boots, the bindings were not well adjusted. Everything else was fine.

Skis in worse condition than expected.

Material conforms to the order and good price. Small complaint, the delivery time a bit longer than expected. But we are in the Christmas period so I suppose a lot of work.
