Shipping arrived extremely late and complete lack of support from easy gliss!!

To my surprise, the ski boot unfortunately did not have grip walk. Therefore, it does not fit my binding.

I received another model of ski boots and in a different size

I am not satisfied with the condition of the skis described as having signs of use, as they show significant damage on the top of both skis extending directly to the ski edges. This can pose serious safety risks for the user. In my opinion, it is your duty as a seller to explicitly point out this type of defect. I rate this fact negatively. The purchase process including transport was flawless. Overall, however, the negative impression of quality prevails, which is very unfortunate. Best regards, AH

The skis arrived on time. Despite having provided the dimensions of the boots, the bindings were not well adjusted. Everything else was fine.

Skis in worse condition than expected.

Material conforms to the order and good price. Small complaint, the delivery time a bit longer than expected. But we are in the Christmas period so I suppose a lot of work.

The article is compliant, the only problem is the delivery time.

Paid return is a shame, especially for the price of the product and the multiple differences between ski shoe brands.

It took a very long time for the goods to be shipped despite immediate payment receipt.

My order was blocked for several days without any communication, there was missing information that was not mandatory to notify for the order. Without calling on my part, worrying about not having any news, I can't say how long I would have waited. However, the rest went very well and the order was prepared/delivered in 48 hours.

After suggesting a different higher range of skis because the ones ordered were out of stock, I waited more than a month (with numerous follow-ups) for the order to finally be shipped. At the time of shipping, I was informed of a "good news" letting me know that the skis initially ordered were available again. I then understood at that moment that I had been made to wait for a month to buy time until the arrival of the out-of-stock skis. From the beginning, it should have been honest, and either offer a refund or indicate that the skis would arrive a month later and that I would have to wait. Instead, I was shown a false offer. My last email to Easy Gliss has obviously gone unanswered... I do not recommend this retailer.

I bought second-hand children's skis. They were listed as in very good condition but upon receipt, I notice that the name of the previous owner is engraved on them. This information was absolutely not specified and greatly decreases the value of the product which was already quite high, even for second-hand. I am frankly disappointed by this lack of information. I would not have bought the skis if I had known.

I haven't received the ordered product

There was a misunderstanding during the ordering process, regarding the mounting position of the fixtures. But after communicating this, they responded very quickly and provided solutions to fix it, so the post-purchase support has been very good.

Delivery was fast, process simple. Unfortunately description is not correct. In Data Sheet it is written, that visor is Photocromic, but it is not. Delivered visor is category 2

Perfect, item well packaged, as described. Too bad the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and cost more than the shipping costs. The return costs cost me more than €30 for an order of +/-€120.

Unfortunately, shipping took too long and I had to order another product elsewhere.

I canceled the order after the supposed delivery date because it didn't arrive on time. I haven't received it, I contacted easy-gliss via email and the contact form and no one gets back to me. PLEASE WRITE TO ME TO FIND A SOLUTION.

Delivery time announced at J+2. It took 4 days just to prepare the order. Received at J+8 of the order.

Wide choice of products and affordable prices. Bad experience with the carrier (no anticipation of delivery date, impossible to reschedule and drop off at a relay without notice)

I received my skis within a reasonable timeframe. My only comment is about the bindings: they're positioned at the limit of my boot size. I think they could have been positioned so the measurement I provided was in the center. I hope I don't have any problems if I ever change boots and the base is larger.

I am very satisfied with the speed of delivery and the care of the packaging, as well as the price. It's just the bug of the unvalidated cart and the availability on the phone that makes me not give 5 stars. But I recommend

I bought some Rossignol Forza 70, thinking they would come with protective tips, like the entire Forze range, because in some photos on your page it appears with tips, and I received the skis without tips,.. I asked if you could get me the said tips (in YOUR PAGE in a photo it comes with tips) and you replied that you couldn't because Rossignol doesn't have them or I don't know what!!!!

Fast delivery within 5 days (despite the 2 optimistic days announced), I just regret the absence of waxing.

I purchased TWO pairs of skis.
According to their website the skis were supposed to arrive by feb 21.
After buying the skis they sent an email saying they would deliver a week later.
After 5 days they sent an email with the tracking number.
However, the day before the delivery, or a week after the purchase, they send another email saying unfortunately they only sent ONE pair of skis...
So.. they sent half of my order assuming I was OK with that and it arrived almost one week after it was supposed to according to their website at the time of placing the order....

I received my order very quickly. However, the skis delivered do not match those in the photo in the catalog! Disappointment and another negative point is that the delivery person left the skis in front of our door without notifying us, luckily there were no thieves!!!
