Good responsiveness and reliability. One of the 2 pairs of skis ordered was no longer available, we were quickly called to offer a solution. Finally skis in stock 48 hours later and delivered within the week.

Although the soles and edges are good, the upper part is not worn from use (obviously the paint is normal to suffer wear), it just has multiple breaks.
It is disappointing and abusive that a prestigious site like Easy-gliss sells skis in these conditions. I bought my previous skis online from another site and this problem did not come to my mind.

Worked well, except that the company only ships with DPA. The package is then left on the windowsill or on the doorstep, and if you're unlucky, it gets stolen. I would gladly pay a few euros more for shipping to a DHL parcel station.

Delivery and order OK But I thought the length of the poles would correspond to a length greater than mine in the end same length The return policy is too complicated and discouraging: print a withdrawal form, fill it out and manage to send it all back by post with a long package....I gave up and I keep the poles as duplicates too bad. I will not place an order on this site because of this

Ordering the skis was easy and they are well packaged and installed. However, the delivery time was much longer than expected and the final cost was higher due to import costs. International import costs were not estimated or mentioned during the purchasing process. If this was mentioned, it was not clear to me. This makes me doubt that I will use Easy-Gliss again.

Poor communication, no answer to my message. Other Companies keep better communication and information with the client. The carrier (BRT) also does not communicate: one has to check their website multiple times. Again, other carriers are better.

The delivery was postponed 3 times by the carrier. After multiple calls to the DPD platforms, the package had disappeared. Operators not very attentive, standard phrases in approximate French. Delivered while I was away on a ski holiday, so I couldn't enjoy the shoes this season.
