Used product as expected. The site indicates that everything is verified. The left front binding does not work. Impossible to tighten the strap on the foot. Impossible to use in its current state without changing the strap, if possible see the bindings... I sent a request that went unanswered.

Only praises!
I greatly appreciated the responsiveness of the easy-gliss team when one of the two skis from the pair I ordered arrived damaged in transport to Besançon. I was immediately informed of the problem by phone. The damaged ski was ordered from the supplier who replaced it in a timely manner. This shows the privileged relationship that easy-gliss maintains with its suppliers. The package was delivered to my home in record time.
Kudos for this professionalism, this remarkable efficiency in solving a complicated problem, this total transparency in the relationship with the customer, this caring attention to their satisfaction.
I recommend this site where you find a human and attentive approach, close to that of a traditional business.
