Problem with the time slot I received a message saying that I would be delivered between 10:45 and 13:50 I stayed home on purpose and no one came they came at 17:00 it's abusive so useless to send a time slot if it is not respected and I was at home and the package was dropped in front of the gate really not correct very dissatisfied

A team that listens and is passionate. I ordered online and received a call from the store to reassure me about my selection vs my size and weight (I don't know much about sizes). They even admitted that one item was scratched and that they would deduct it from the balance.
