the equipment corresponds to the order, well packaged and protected.
The delivery methods by DPD (? a name that sounds similar) are however not very functional and thought out; very correct delivery person, equipment delivered in good condition BUT they offer you delivery choices online for dates and time slots that are not respected, notifying you in the middle of the time slot that delivery cannot be made and that you need to set a new date before 11 PM; which I did three times on my part while getting a bit angry on the phone to manage to get delivered. Not very pleasant for one's own schedule

Good choice of skis and children's shoes. Perfect delivery by DPD. I benefited from a discount for this first order which reduced my shipping costs to zero, nothing to complain about.

We take note of your feedback, but we would like to remind you that the after-sales service offered to send you a new slipper due to a stain on the one you received. Offer refused on your part because the problem was not the stain but the fact that the model did not suit you and in this case as indicated in our T&Cs, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and not the seller.
However, we hope you find a shoe model that suits you.

4 stars and not 5 because delivery was 12 days after online payment. This is the only time I ordered from this site and I imagine it's not a common occurrence.

Fast shipping but the packaging leaves something to be desired. The package was just wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and was moving around in the box. Luckily it wasn't fragile....
