The ink in these pens is heat-sensitive and therefore water-based, so as with any other pen of this type, it will wear out more quickly than a Bic, for example. We sell refills on our website... As for the fact that the pages curl, this doesn't happen when you use a damp cloth. Have you used the eraser? This is only intended for small areas. I'm moderately satisfied. The principle is really great, except that:- pages with lines and spaces for children's writing are missing- the ink takes a little time to dry, so watch out for your hand or sweater running over it. -the erasing system has its limits. I use it daily in my work, but in the end, once you've used a page a dozen times, it becomes unusable and dirty, and the pen doesn't write very well any more. And yet, I do use the wet wipe to erase my page at the end of the day. Too bad, I thought I'd be able to use one page more times. Otherwise, writing is pleasant on a "new" page.

Hello Emma! Thanks for your feedback? The B5 notebooks are indeed half lines and half dots. However, we do have A4 notebooks with lines and line spaces (Séyès squares). As for the ink, you have to wait a few seconds for it to dry? And for the erasing system, is it the eraser you use? Because the eraser is more of a back-up solution for erasing a very small area precisely. We always recommend using a moistened wipe, which leaves the page as good as new. In fact, I've used my own notebook dozens of times, and the appearance of the pages hasn't changed at all. I've placed several orders for notebooks in different sizes, for myself and my colleagues. On the other hand, I don't know if I press too hard when writing or I don't know, but the writing never really goes away. It leaves marks and after about ten erasures, I have to tear up the page because it becomes illegible. What's more, when I erase with the water cloth, it "smears" the pen and the page remains "dirty". Still, it's a very nice alternative, especially as I take a lot of notes and make a lot of to-do lists at work.

The stone paper + friction pen combo allows naturally fluid writing, the pen simply has to glide over the paper. It's not like using a bic pen. The ink is watery, so once you've wiped it, wipe it again and wipe it again. Your page will be as good as new. Hello, I write a lot to memorize and I always end up throwing away my notebooks after a while because I don't really need to reread my notes. So I thought Econotebook would be a good way of saving paper and therefore trees. At first, I was very pleased. The problem was that I hadn't anticipated the time it would take to erase the notebook with the damp cloth. The second problem is that after the second wipe, yellowish marks remain and it doesn't make you want to write at all. In short, I'm not sure it's suitable for my use. NB: I don't have a hair dryer and I don't want to buy one for that.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase (the diary + notebook + notepad pack). I think the ecological approach is great and it's very pleasant to write on them with the erasable pens included. I'm only giving it 3 stars for the moment because:- the drying time is long. The eraser on the black pen dirtied and even damaged my diary. It's better to erase with a damp cloth and then dry.

However, please note that the drying time of the ink (about a few seconds) is beyond our control. This is inherent in any "Friction" pen (heat-sensitive ink). We are, however, trying to develop a solution that might change this. As for the eraser, as we often point out (here, on our networks), it's only a back-up system for small areas such as spelling mistakes. Mixed opinion. The product claims to be an alternative to paper waste. A fine ecological promise, but ... I regret the product's over-packaging: a cardboard box containing a plastic bag and non-recyclable foam for a notebook is too much. I'm also disappointed by the ink consumption induced by the composition of the paper. Making an effort to use less paper but having to buy twice as many non-recyclable pens is a shame. Otherwise, I'm delighted with the product. The promise of paper that can be reused many times is kept.

As far as pens are concerned, you don't have to use strictly ours. You can use any frixion pen or refill you find on the market. In any case, as I said, our customer service is at your disposal. The paper is very slippery, which I find annoying (I write very badly as a result!) Another point is that the ink in the pens runs out at a dizzying rate! I bought this notebook to reduce my environmental footprint, but if I have to use 3 or 4 times as many pens (at least), where's the advantage?

You have to wait for the ink to dry.Today, I used it at work and without doing anything on purpose (because I was on the phone), I took notes on the Note Book with a pen. I only realized it afterwards. Impossible to clean. It forces us not to use other pens. But that's not possible and forces me to be careful every time. Except that in an emergency, you can forget that you need to use a gel pen instead. What's more, colleagues have to be informed to avoid using their non-gel pens on the notebook. Not very practical and impossible to propose this solution in my company, which is very attentive to carbon emissions.

Hello Valéry! Thanks for your feedback? Indeed, using a gel pen with the stone paper is what makes the EcoNotebk reusable. So don't use conventional pens if you want to reuse your notebook, unless you want to make, for example, a chart that will remain as you fill it in and erase its contents. To always have the right pen and avoid your misadventure we automatically supply a pen with its pen holder to stick on the notebook. I'm sure that once you've stuck it on, it won't happen to you again. The A4 notebook contains a first section of pages with lines (no squares), then a second section with blank pages. Writing is really pleasant and it's easy to erase. The product is top-notch. On the other hand, the website is rather poorly designed. The description doesn't give enough details, the photos don't give more details and you can't miss the options in the second part of the order which don't correspond to the photos in the store (I bought a pack with 4 black pens when I wanted the 4 color pens). Efficient parcel delivery (why not in my letterbox, mystery...). Satisfied but too bad about the pencils.

Writing with the supplied pen isn't great: not very bold and not as fluid as advertised. It's a far cry from the pleasure of writing with a VPen pilot on Clairefontaine paper. What's more, the character recognition software offered is not very efficient. After my complaint, I received a suitable pen and my writing comfort has completely changed. Gliding = very good. Writing thickness = absolutely correct. You have to pay a little attention to the drying time of the ink. Otherwise the word will fade or smear. But the fixing time is not very long. Many thanks for your responsiveness. I haven't tested the application again, so I can't say much more on this point.

Satisfied with the use, I think it will serve me well, we'll see over the long term if it holds up well.Small hitch in the drying of the ink, especially when turning the pages, if you don't wait long enough, it drools on the other side.Another problem with the pen, after 3-4 uses the mechanism to retract the lead no longer works ...
