We made some enquiries and it turned out that your parcel had indeed been collected from the relay point, against signature. A worldwide parcel is collected against a signature and proof of identity. We obtained the signature used and sent it to you. Despite this, we continue to believe in your good faith. To this day, we are still waiting for your declaration of non-receipt of the parcel and the copy of your ID to act on your behalf with Mondial Relay. We use our phones a lot for quick notes: I wanted to go back to paper but without wasting sheets! The perfect idea: EcoNotebk, the French company. The notepad really does erase with water! It's quite impressive - I didn't quite believe it. The ink is a gel: the sheets are normal, not "plasticized". I took the smallest size: it's really ultra practical, the little eraser isn't worth the water but it's infinitely useful. I'm really delighted with this purchase! I wish larger notepads could have lines (and not small squares). I never go out without my pen and notepad anymore!

I ordered a notepad and an A4 notebook. It's a very nice innovation. Delivery was fast. The products were very well packaged. Instructions are included with each product. Thanks to these products, I waste less paper. The pens write very well, it's fluid and pleasant. The pages erase very well. For the moment, I've just tried it with a damp cloth. The eraser on the pen also erases very well, but only to correct, so I recommend these products.

Very fast and careful shipping. Before leaving my opinion, I tested for 3 weeks the notebook and the pens of the brand and here is my opinion.A notebook with solid pages on which you can write rewrite almost endlessly with the friction type pencils of the brand Econotebk or another.A stroke of slightly wet wipe and hop everything disappears. It's easy to rewrite afterwards. The notebook's big plus: it comes with a wipe, a pen holder that can be placed anywhere on the notebook and an Econotebk brand pen. I've also used Econotebk pens. In short, I recommend them without hesitation!

I bought an A5 format notebook with some doubts about its use. As a result, I'm 100% satisfied and have just ordered a second one in A4 format! I was afraid that the inscriptions wouldn't erase properly, but there's no trace left even after several weeks (you just have to put the page through the hair dryer and the long-standing ink erases instantly)!

Delighted with the product? but disappointed with the packaging? I have the impression that the cardboard sleeve is not suitable for the A4 notebook + pens. It wasn't closed, so it should have been repackaged?? it's a shame because it was a gift and I had to put tape all around it.
