I have nothing to say except, thank you. The customizable notebooks are beautiful. The kids and my husband loved them. The pages are quite thick and don't get damaged by wet fabric. I hope they last a few years. It was a nice Christmas present and the shipping was very fast and careful. There was an out-of-stock situation on one color of spiral and the sales department was very responsive.

Nothing to say about the pens, which glide smoothly except that the ink runs off very quickly. I bought an energy-saving diary, notebook and notebook. No more wasting paper. No more guilt about throwing away a diary at the end of the year with little written in it! It was a great idea! Unfortunately, post it notes are difficult to reuse for confidential information, or even to reuse at all. It's hard to rewrite after erasing (even though the pen came with it, so it's suitable), and it's also hard to reread what's been erased.What I find most disappointing is the customer service. Following a delivery error, they were very reactive, but when I contacted them to talk about this problem of rewriting and confidentiality, there was no response! I find this distressing and unprofessional.
