I ordered a notebook and stick it. The notebook is nice, but the stick it don't stick except on a pc screen or on the fridge, they don't stick on paper, pockets.... As for the notebook, the interior is top-notch but the cover finish is light for something reusable.

These reusable post-its are a great idea, and yet I'm disappointed :(. Once I've used and erased the post-it (5/5 for this aspect, it wipes clean with a damp cloth), I'm having the time of my life trying to write on it again.... The pen (adequate, I received it with the post-its) doesn't "mark" anymore, I have to press like crazy to get a semblance of ink to mark :(... And even if I let the post-its rest for a few days. And as a result, what I've written and then erased continues to show, because it's so engraved :). Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

We're sorry if the rigidity of our covers isn't to your liking. Our covers are semi-rigid, which gives our notebooks a certain lightness, unlike a thick, rigid and therefore heavy cover, made from wood and not water-resistant. We don't offer payment by bank transfer on our website. However, I see that you have paid by credit card. The online payment provider (Paypal or Shopify) is probably registered in Luxembourg, as is often the case. We are a French company registered in France. Our workshop is located in Mougins in the Alpes-Maritime, where we manufacture ALL our notebooks. We have no links with Luxembourg. Doesn't that sound like the ideal gift? For the size of the notebook, we have different formats (A4, A5, A6). Maybe there's been a mix-up? As for the pens, the cartridge allows you to write 400 meters of lines, depending on your writing rhythm, it empties more or less quickly. You can only replace the ink cartridge by buying one on our website (x10 pack) or in the shops (Pilot Frixion brand is compatible with our pens). Finally, the pages marked so quickly is clearly not normal, as each page can be used more than 1000 times without alteration. Customer service will contact you to find the most suitable solution and we'll sort it all out.

The ink really takes too long to dry (I had to give up notebooks because I couldn't write several pages in a row). I was quite happy with the diary, but in the end it didn't last: even after several attempts with the hairdryer, you can still see what was written before (especially as sometimes the pen catches and scratches the page a bit). By dint of erasing, I can no longer write in certain places (with little stains that don't go away). In short, this is my second year and it won't go any further, which is a shame. The ink also fades very quickly, so you have to keep a stock of it, which can be quite expensive in the end. On the other hand, the paper is really solid

Hello, thank you for your opinion. Concerning the ink, it does indeed need a few seconds to dry, like a fountain pen. If the ink takes longer to dry, don't hesitate to contact us to check that the pen has no defects. The CamScanner application has a totally free part that works very well for scanning notebook pages. You can also use another scanning application if you wish, such as Adobe Scan, genius scan or scanbot.

The ink in these pens is heat-sensitive and therefore water-based, so as with any other pen of this type, it will wear out more quickly than a Bic, for example. We sell refills on our website... As for the fact that the pages curl, this doesn't happen when you use a damp cloth. Have you used the eraser? This is only intended for small areas.
