Comfortable writing, which erases very well. Only slight downside, perhaps linked to my writing speed: when I turn a page, the ink drools a little on the glued pages. I'll try other erasable pens. But I recommend it, especially with the special offers! Very fast shipping. Shame to wrap the pens individually in plastic.

Hello, I thought that when I erased there wouldn't be any traces afterwards but the word is still legible even when erased, I find that it doesn't look clean, I'm disappointed.

A little disappointed with the experience. The company claims to be French and transparent, yet the product I received did not correspond to the one I ordered, seemed to be a foreign product (all in English) and was damaged.Customer service was very responsive, however, and I was able to get a quick refund for the notebook.

You have unfortunately come across a faulty product, which is very rare, and when this happens we immediately remedy the situation with a return and refund or replacement, depending on the customer's request, as you have mentioned. We take care of our customers and listen to their concerns, we offer a money-back guarantee because our products are indeed of high quality? We confirm that the company is French, works with French suppliers and that we are transparent. Everything is indicated on the site, in the menu, or in the footer. We needed to make a few important clarifications to the points raised in your comment, which (in spite of yourself, I'm sure) could have misled readers.

Great product, I was wary, but in the end the product is really top notch. The pen wipes clean with just a little water. The only downside is the spiral system for the sheets, which I'm afraid will tear over time.

Thank you for your comment Micky... The spiral system shouldn't alter the sheets, but we'll be in touch if this happens. We have had different spirals since this week, they are thinner but no longer allow pages to be interchanged. We'll soon be proposing a model that will allow pages to be interchanged just as well as a binder, and we hope you enjoy it!
