A little disappointed by the product ... very expensive, and not worth the 40 euros. Erasable pens are everywhere and can be used on any surface. It's a nice idea, but it needs to be developed.

And what do you consider to be good "value for money" (something that's up to each individual)? We are, and always have been, very attentive to our customers' needs, so we'd be delighted to hear more about your experience. Customer service has already sent you an email. Otherwise, as mentioned, the quality/price ratio is appreciated, as the notebook is durable and can be used up to 1000 times without deteriorating (when you think that you erase the whole diary once a year, it will outlive you!)... all this for a much lower price than an ordinary notebook that you throw away. As far as pens are concerned, you don't have to use strictly ours. You can use any frixion pen or refill you find on the market. In any case, as I said, our customer service is at your disposal. A very impressive Econotebook. It's very practical, uses less paper and the writing is pleasant. The ink erases with the eraser even more easily than with a pencil. I use it for notes I don't want to keep long term, or when I'm working out thoughts. I highly recommend it! It's a truly innovative product!

The paper is very slippery, which I find annoying (I write very badly as a result!) Another point is that the ink in the pens runs out at a dizzying rate! I bought this notebook to reduce my environmental footprint, but if I have to use 3 or 4 times as many pens (at least), where's the advantage?

You have to wait for the ink to dry.Today, I used it at work and without doing anything on purpose (because I was on the phone), I took notes on the Note Book with a pen. I only realized it afterwards. Impossible to clean. It forces us not to use other pens. But that's not possible and forces me to be careful every time. Except that in an emergency, you can forget that you need to use a gel pen instead. What's more, colleagues have to be informed to avoid using their non-gel pens on the notebook. Not very practical and impossible to propose this solution in my company, which is very attentive to carbon emissions.

Hello Valéry! Thanks for your feedback? Indeed, using a gel pen with the stone paper is what makes the EcoNotebk reusable. So don't use conventional pens if you want to reuse your notebook, unless you want to make, for example, a chart that will remain as you fill it in and erase its contents. To always have the right pen and avoid your misadventure we automatically supply a pen with its pen holder to stick on the notebook. I'm sure that once you've stuck it on, it won't happen to you again. The information is also given on the instructions supplied and in the EcoNotebk on the first page, so your colleagues won't be able to miss it! Best of luck to you.

I love my big notebook: not only do I always have it with me at the office to keep track of the smallest changes in my workstation, but when I'm on my break, I turn my notebook over and... It's easy to get to grips with. I use the EcoNotebk at work, to make "to do lists" but also to get rid of scrap paper and post it notes. On the whole, I'm happy with my purchase, but the next little problem is the ink that drools, so you have to get the blotting paper out of the cupboard. Since receiving the EcoNotebk, I haven't gone beyond the first 6 pages, and I can already see the wear and tear on some pages (scratches), so it remains to be seen whether this will change over time.but it's a top product.

Free delivery, except that the choice is not available at the time of payment! Very quick reaction from éconotebk who phoned me 1/2 hour after my order and offered me an extra product to compensate for the delivery costs.for that I add 2 stars.on the other hand leaving the "free delivery" "ad", while they explain to me that they have abandoned it, is frankly limited. Super nice and practical. I need to constantly list everything I need to do / buy and thanks to this notebook everything is much clearer. When the task is done, you erase it, so you don't just cross it out and end up not seeing what's left to do.
