Good on the whole, but I ordered the diary and the pens from the brand and I still find that you can see a lot of what was written before (without leaving the writing for a long time before erasing it). I doubt I'll be able to use it for more than three years, which is a shame. I bought a Notebook + Pens pack and have been using them for about 2 weeks. The ink dries slowly, which is not suitable for "intensive" use. I have to take notes in meetings or for myself on a daily basis (I work in communications), and find myself stuck at the end of the page waiting for the ink to dry before turning the page... Otherwise, the notebook goes everywhere with me on a daily basis, and despite taking care of it, the protective film on the cover is starting to peel off.as far as erasing and rewriting are concerned, there's nothing to say it works perfectly.in short, a product to be improved in its use, which I'd happily recommend in the future if practicality improves :)

The product looks great. I'll see how it goes in daily use. It's a shame, though, that the dots aren't the same size as the usual bujo dots, and the frame reduces the page space a bit. I do think it's a pity, however, that delivery charges + customs duties + postage + VAT make the Econotebook double the initial price for delivery in French overseas departments and territories. No doubt not the manufacturer's fault, but something to bear in mind if you want to buy one.

We will check your pages for defects. Concerning pen ink, it is thermosensitive, meaning that it can "disappear" depending on temperature. With the current high temperatures, take care not to leave them in the heat, as this could alter the wear life of the pen. Finally, concerning the pen-holder, the elastic does tend to stretch over time. That's why we're developing a new solution in-house.

I ordered two A5 notebooks and for each notebook, 4 pens (black, blue, green, red). The packages were delivered in a not very thick bubble wrap envelope which did not protect the products during transport. In one of the two packages, 2 pens had been broken and are completely unusable. I immediately emailed customer service but haven't heard anything since December 1st. So on December 7th I sent a message from the contact form. I hope to hear back this time: In the following days, customer service sent me back new pens, carefully packaged. Apparently, a problem with their platform delayed the processing of requests/complaints.

The finish of the products is borderline for the price of a notebook... they're not pretty. The diary is poorly designed: I would have suggested double pages with the days in columns mentioning the hours of the day. The ink takes a long time to dry, which makes it impossible to use this type of notebook to take notes in professional mode in the field, because as soon as you turn the page, everything drools and fades or leaves marks?
