Buying for the 1st time this year, I was afraid that the preparation would be tedious. On the contrary! It wasn't unpleasant at all! It's a pleasure to use. Areas for improvement: 1/ the diary comes with a small plastic holder filled with post-it notes: this is really great, but it would have been interesting if it could have been wedged between the diary's central rings, like a bookmark, but without fear of it slipping off as soon as you use the product. 2/ A bit like the eco notebooks, I would have appreciated having the choice of diary size. I use it professionally, and a larger model wouldn't have been out of place! Overall, however, it's very pretty, practical and pleasant to use.

Excellent quality, I hope the price will come down as its use becomes more widespread. -)

This notepad is perfect! One idea for a future edition: a pocket for storing the wipe in the pad would be super handy for on-the-go use. But I'm really just nitpicking :-D

I bought a small notebook with coloured pens, and I'm blown away by the way it erases writing! I've only tested it on recent writing (less than a month old), but the combo of eraser, pen and wipe is magic! I recommend it if, like me, you make to-do lists galore ;)

I am very satisfied. The writing is very pleasant. I took the A5 format notebook, which is perfect. It goes everywhere with me. Quality product. Just remember to wait a few seconds before closing the notebook so that the ink has time to dry. I'd recommend it!

I ordered two A5 notebooks and for each notebook, 4 pens (black, blue, green, red). The packages were delivered in a not very thick bubble wrap envelope which did not protect the products during transport. In one of the two packages, 2 pens had been broken and are completely unusable. I immediately emailed customer service but haven't heard anything since December 1st. So on December 7th I sent a message from the contact form. I hope to hear back this time: In the following days, customer service sent me back new pens, carefully packaged. Apparently, a problem with their platform delayed the processing of requests/complaints.

Perfect quality, very pleasant writing with the sensation that the pen glides over the paper. Nice colors. Fast, careful shipping. The only drawback is the drying time of the ink on the paper. You have to put a sheet if you can't wait to close it after writing.

Disappointed because I had selected the A4 format and I was not careful at the time of ordering I validated an A5 notebook. Having made the same mistake with my first purchase, I'm not sure.
