I got sick, and the product I didn't digest made me vomit several times a few hours later. Tested on a 2-hour training run and on a half-day run (2 sticks), I intend to use it in NY. The mint taste is not unpleasant, as it's not very sweet in the mouth, which doesn't cause fatigue. After a few setbacks with other products, I had no digestive problems with this one. The stick tears well, provided you look carefully where to pull (not so easy in the panic of a marathon refuel). It's still a very expensive product, which is a shame.
