Unfortunately disappointed with the last products I bought ... I found that the new oligoMg+ stick, which is supposed to replace (for the better) the liquid product, tastes bad even in orange juice. It makes me nauseous! I really miss the old one. I gave up taking it after 4 sticks, even though I bought 2 boxes. I wouldn't give my opinion yet on the second "mineralinov" product (also 2 boxes). I hope the almost 100 I spent isn't a total waste!

Effinov Amino is a "booster", but to be taken in moderation at half dose. As for Effinov Florinov, I felt the beneficial effects the first time I took it, but less so the second time... In any case, I've heard that you need to alternate strains...
