Good evening The mask does not heat up sufficiently compared to the one I bought from you that goes in the microwave, 15 seconds at 500°. The one bought recently becomes lukewarm but is not sufficient in heat and does not reach the temperature you provide according to the person's choice, from 39 to 44°. I do not use it, it lacks heating power and it is a rather expensive purchase, I am very disappointed and I will talk to my ophthalmologist who told me to buy it, more effective than the one I have had for several years. I have scrupulously followed the instructions but nothing works!
