Heated mask USB44 practical but the heat seems to be below 44°c ( hygh position ) so insufficient for serious blepharitis .

My eyes are less dry when I wake up after using this mask. Of course, it's not enough: I also apply a drop of Vismed gel multi when I go to bed and one during the night as prescribed, but it contributes to my comfort. The problem is that the mask degrades very quickly. It's only been three months since I bought it, and I'm afraid it'll soon be ruined... Within the first few weeks, the headband was loosening on its own. Then the foam around the eyes began to detach from the silicone shell, as did other parts of the mask. As a result, the quality/price ratio is not up to scratch.

Happy but an extra wipe would be nice in the pack

I've always been satisfied with the various products, which have suited me perfectly. The plastic night mask is unbearable, especially if you sweat, and uncomfortable. I miss the foam ones, but unfortunately the last one is starting to wear out. So if you only offer masks that are unbearable at night, I don't see the point in making them more comfortable for patients.

We had ordered a USB extension cable for the heated eye mask. We wanted to return the USB extension cord because it didn't fit with my plug adapter. Someone told us that we had to pay for the return postage and that we shouldn't have ordered it. Please note that other sites issue return labels where postage is free. Despite the positive reviews, which I don't share, I'm very disappointed with the product. The mask is hard to bear, the foam is too high and itchy. No sign of moisture to moisturize the eye. Too bad I believed in it

I have mixed feelings about it, as so far I haven't had any convincing eye results! The helmet is very light in design, which may be pleasant, but its duration is likely to be limited ...? I bought this mask on the advice of my ophthalmologist. Fast delivery. However, I would have liked to know that the use of the mask was limited in time (750 times). This means that if I use the mask twice a day, it will only last me 375 days. Not a very obvious first use. At the same time, I also bought the extension cord and an extra protection. As for the protection, as it's made of fabric, it goes down. As for the connection, I'll have to buy a rechargeable battery (5V) as mine is insufficient. For the moment, it's not very practical as I plug the mask into my computer. Over time, I'll have to see whether this form of use will benefit me, as I'm going to have a treatment with devices at my ophthalmologist's. On the positive side, as the heat rises to 44°, there's no risk of burns like with a microwave-heated mask. If the heat is unbearable, you can turn it down to either 41° or 39° (button). When starting up the mask, put it on immediately after fitting.

There was just one little problem with the order: I only received one box when I had ordered 3, but after calling I quickly received the missing 2.

The mask is fine, but the cleansing discs are too greasy (I-lid'N lash) and you have to wipe your eyelids with a Kleenex afterwards, which isn't very practical! I regret buying the cleansing discs.
