We had ordered a USB extension cable for the heated eye mask. We wanted to return the USB extension cord because it didn't fit with my plug adapter. Someone told us that we had to pay for the return postage and that we shouldn't have ordered it. Please note that other sites issue return labels where postage is free. The other sites have 30 days to return the product and you only have 7 days. Best regards. Serge Détruit

The mask is fine, but the cleansing discs are too greasy (I-lid'N lash) and you have to wipe your eyelids with a Kleenex afterwards, which isn't very practical! I regret buying the cleansing discs.

Don't wipe off the hyaluronic acid; on the contrary, let it be fully absorbed by your skin for maximum moisturizing effect.
the hyaluronic acid in these wipes is medical-grade, which can make a difference compared with less moisturizing cosmetic hyaluronic acids.
